I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and a verified Clinical Fellow of the AAMFT. With years of experience helping individuals overcome trauma, anxiety, and burnout, as well as cultivate optimal performance and not just settle for mere success, I have dedicated my career to empowering people with practical tools to thrive. Through my work in therapy, coaching, and behavioral health, I have helped countless individuals break free from suffering and step into a life of purpose and joy.
